Latest Delaware Online Athlete of the Week vote goes to William Penn softball standout

Congratulations to Tanai Tippens of William Penn softball, the Delaware Online Athlete of the Week for Week 5 of the spring season. The sophomore went 2-for-3 with a grand slam, three runs scored and two stolen bases in a 16-2 win over Archmere.

Tippens won an online vote over four other nominees. Check out the nominees each Monday on Delaware Online and vote for your favorite. Voting is free and runs Monday through Thursday, with the weekly winner announced each Friday.
