Firefly to sell more tickets for general admission, VIP and camping. Find out how to get them.
Right when you thought Firefly might not add more tickets, the festival has decided to pull more passes out of the hat, starting Tuesday morning at 10 a.m.
Passes will be available for south camping (prices start at $229 per campsite for up to six people), general admission (starting at $119) and VIP weekend tickets (starting at $259).
These extra tickets come a month after festival organizers offered single-day passes, because general admission, VIP and Super VIP were sold out.
Featuring headliners Billie Eilish, The Killers, Tame Impala and Lizzo, Firefly will be held in the fall for the first time, from Sept. 23-26. Additionally, this year will mark the return of the festival after it was canceled in 2020 due to COVID-19.

Firefly Roller Disco will debut this year, giving folks an opportunity to skate their hearts out in The Woodlands of Dover, according to Firefly’s Facebook post on July 16.
Roller disco will be free and located in the center of the North Hub beach from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Organizers said more info is to come on this new addition.
Firefly’s Facebook fans are reacting to the roller disco addition.
“dust off the old roller skates yall,” one user wrote.
“I can’t see this ending well. People at this festival can’t even walk straight let alone putting four wheels under them, while intoxicated,” a Facebook user wrote.
“It’s probably best you don’t participate in this lol,” another person wrote.
Firefly is reducing capacity to about 50,000 fans this fall, state officials said, which would make it the smallest since the festival's 2012 debut.

Division of Public Health's Jamie Mack said he and other health experts will be examining several factors including the state's vaccination rate, new cases and hospitalizations to determine what pandemic restrictions or precautions will be in place.
The seven-day average of new Delaware COVID cases has increased threefold from 19 to 59 in the past month.
Details about other possible COVID-19 related precautions and restrictions have largely been undecided. Delaware Online/The News Journal reported in May that state health officials would begin the detailed planning process with festival organizers that same month.
At its height, Firefly attracted over 90,000 revelers in 2015, the same summer Paul McCartney was a headliner.
